And those with experience in Olympic Weightlifting and who are self sufficient with their training, but who need some extra support and direction with their technique and programming to help them make progress.

No, you don’t have to compete.
You can join and follow the program and training cycles without the intention of competing and still make great progress.
A little structure helps everyone!

The program is designed to be ran as a 5 day a week program, but can be modified to be ran as a 3 or a 4 day a week program too.
All the instructions to do this are within the program as well as a facebook group to provide additional support.

We try to keep sessions to between one and a half to two hours, although there is obviously variance to this dependant on the goal of the session.

This is a group program, however we always leave room for some semi-individualisation which is given through the Facebook Group based on how you move and what you specifically need to work on.

Barbell, Bumper Plates, Platform & Squat Rack.
Outside of that, if we give you an exercise that you don’t have the right kit for, just let us know and you will be given alternatives in the Facebook Group.

We use a combination of downloadable Excel sheets and a Private Facebook Group.

In short, yes, it’s where most of the coaching happens.
Luckily most people have one, if you don’t, my advice would be to create one and set it to private.
