We believe that the best strongmen didn't reach the top by focusing solely on events. With our structured approach, you'll progress through basic barbell movement patterns, such as squats, overhead presses, and deadlifts. Alongside these foundational exercises, we'll integrate relevant strongman events, ensuring you become a well-rounded Strongman.

Due to the nature of Strongman, some experience with the barbell is a must.
You don’t have to be perfect, but you should be able to Overhead Press, Back Squat & Deadlift safely and somewhat competently.
