Due to the nature of Online Coaching, experience with the barbell and some training autonomy is a must.

You don’t have to be perfect, but you should have some experience and have the ability and willingness to do some research to further your own training knowledge and to practice mindfully as unlike during in person Personal Training, we can’t be there during your sessions.

  • Those who are self sufficient in the gym, with their training and reasonably competent with the barbell, but who need some extra support and direction to make progress.

  • I specialise in getting people strong and healthy with a barbell and in the strength sports of Olympic Weightlifting and Strongman.

  • Yes!

    In my time i’ve coached everyone from regular gym goers looking to get stronger and healthier, to Nationally ranked Olympic Weightlifters, competitive Strongmen and women along with people looking to achieve feats of strength such as lifting the legendary Dinnie Stones.

    You can’t do that by pumping out the same program to everyone.

  • I use a combination of Dropbox, Excel and WhatsApp. I find it much more flexible to deliver our individualised coaching with than pre-made apps.

  • I obviously have regular working hours, but I like to treat my coaching client like I do my friends. If you send me a message and I have time to reply to it, I will regardless of what time it is. I always look to reply within 24hrs as a maximum.
