So… In all honesty…
I set up this blog and never quite knew what to do or how to approach it…
Its had some shorter posts that were probably more like short articles and in the end I think I deleted more posts / potential posts from this space than I’ve actually written.
But I think I know how I’m moving forward with it now.
I’ve moved the posts that were left in this blog over into the articles and once Lockdown 3.0 in England is lifted for gyms on April 12th and I have my clients back and in-person I’ll be using it to write a monthly blog piece about what’s been going on with their training and where we’re going with it.
This could be centred around one individual, a group or multiple people. I guess it just depends on what will be the most interesting read at the time.
They’ll also possibly a little bit about my own training in here too…
I’ll also use it to highlight some of the PB’s that have gone down in the time since the last post.
So keep an eye on this space when lockdown 3.0 lifts if you’re interested in a little more off the practical application of training and what I’m doing with my current clients!
